Responsibilities :
Responsible for evaluating and analyzing the optimal operational cooperation mechanisms , seek to cooperate with the Company's network , maintaining and monitoring the co-operation in order to run properly .
STAFF TRAINING (Jakarta Raya)
Qualification & Experience:
Male , age maximum 27 years
Minimal S1 , preferably from the Department of Psychology
Experience of at least 1 ( one) year as a Staff Training
Have good communication skills , initiative , can work independently or team , have good administration skills , willing to travel out of town .
Responsibilities :
Responsible for the administration of training , conducting training needs analysis , compiling modules , and coordinating with vendors for joint training / implementation of training .
SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Jakarta Raya)
Qualification & Experience:
Male , age maximum 27 years
Education minimum D3
Experience of at least 1 ( one) year at the distribution company or as a salesman .
Having good negotiation skills , have a soul salesmanship , honest and ready to work in the field.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for achieving sales targets DC , Direct Selling , search for new customers or distribution channels .
REGION SUPERVISOR (Jakarta Raya)
Qualification & Experience:
Male , age max 30 years
Minimum education S1 all the majors
Experience of at least 2 ( two) years in the retail store industry .
Have good communication skills , assertive , have high creativity , honest and ready to work in the field.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for achievement of target outlets , handling losses , the monitoring service , neatness and efficiency of operating costs .
MANAGER OPERATIONAL RETAIL – BRIGHT (Jakarta Raya)
Qualification & Experience:
Male , age maximum 35 years
Minimum education S1 all the majors
Experience of at least 5 ( five ) years in the retail store industry .
Having a personality that is assertive , authoritative , entrepreneurial leadership , good communication , able to work independently and team , have the loyalty of time and effort .
Responsibilities :
Responsible for achievement of target sales per outlet , pressure losses costs , effectiveness and efficiency of operating costs , enhanced customer service in stores , and business process monitoring SOP outlets .
