CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM SPECIALIST / INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER Bogor (Jawa Barat)
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor Degree from Engineering discipline
Having more than 5 years solid experience in Industrial engineering / Continuous Improvement exposure
1. Man power optimization
2. Quick change over
3. Kaizen
4. 5S
5. Hands-on / floor experience
6. Understand process flow / VSM
7. Self-motivated person, high initiative and able to work under minimum supervision
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work
9. Individually as well as in a team

Responsibilities:

• Maintain working knowledge of all operations within assigned plant department
• To be better prepared to coordinate the study and implementation of proposed changes
• To help production and staff departments when problem arise.
• Providing for plant management such information, studies, and recommendations that are needed for improvement in the utilization of personnel and facilities to maximize quality output at lowest possible cost
• To control the required machine capacities, manning and cost are meet the annual operating plant
• This position also is committed to protecting the environment, health and safety of our associates, customers and the communities where we operate.
