TECHNICAL TEAM LEADER - Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur
Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree S1 in Civil Engineering or Diploma (D3) of Civil Engineering
• Have 1 year in current position
• Have 2 years relevant experiences in QA/ QC – R&D – Technical support areas of a concrete manufacturing environment
• Computer utilization for WINDOWS System, software application
• Such Word Processor MS Word and spreadsheet MS Excel
• Good command in English both oral & written
• Understand concrete technology covering concrete raw
• material testing, concrete sampling, curing, testing and evaluating
• Understand concrete troubleshooting and solution for customer and operation
• Sufficiency in a wide scope of specialist area associated with quality monitoring and controlling support of high volume production activity
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedure and specification
• Ability to supervise and communicate with others and deal with people from all levels of the business Knowledge of construction industry and concrete application

BRANDING SOLUTION EXECUTIVE - Yogyakarta
Qualification :

• Have 3 years experience in work design or construction/ renovation design work
• Knowledgeable and/or willing to learn about Sustainable Construction
• Computer Literacy + Auto CAD
• Bachelor/Diploma Degree Architecture or Civil Engineering or Art Design
• Excellent command of written & spoken English
• Have concrete knowledge include construction industry knowledge
• Ability to deal with people all level of project
• Good verbal and communications skills.
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Have a good capabilities in building sustainable relationship and partnership

FUNCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT - Bogor (Jawa Barat),
Qualification :

• Have 5 years experience in industrial field operation, Particularly in technical or core function aspects.
• Have 2 years experience on the job training and people development
• Tertiary qualifications in Applied Science or Engineering
• Have min. 1 year in current position
• Computer literacy, MS Office & Lotus Notes
• Excellence command in English both oral & written
• Certified training & learning facilitation
• People and performance management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill

BUSINESS ADVISOR WILAYAH BALI
Qualification :

• Have 2-3 years experience in sales, preferred to have exposures in retail/ consumer goods and/or construction business/ industry
• Bachelor degree S1 from sales, marketing, civil engineer or management discipline
• Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Good skill in communication and in influencing others
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving skill, initiative-taking skill
• Able to give advise or recommendation based on achievement / market review
• Good negotiation and presentation skill
• Able to translate marketing strategy into implementation in the field
• Able to gather and synthesize information from data provided by sales force from the market
• Able to lead and deal with others
• Knowledge in channel and distribution
