OPERATOR (OP)
SMK jurusan Teknik Mesin/Elektro/Listrik/Instrumentasi /Elektronika

OPERATOR KIMIA (OK)
SMK jurusan Kimia.

TEKNISI KONTROL INSTRUMEN (TK)
SMK jurusan Elektronika / Kontrol Proses/ Kontrol Instrumen/Instrumen Industri.

JUNIOR ENGINEER (JEN)
S1 / D3 Jurusan Teknik Mesin

Qualification :

• Age limit: 23 years in December 2011 (High School), maximum 26 years in December 2011 (S1), maximum 25 years in December 2011 (D3)
• Senior high average value of the National Examination a minimum: 7.00 and 2.75 GPA minimum for S1/D3
• Preferably Development SMK (SMK 4 years) for the No. 1-3
• The position is needed is the male sex.
• Not being in the Association Office.
• Willing to be placed in all company locations.
• It was never involved in criminal cases.
• Physical and Spiritual Health.
• Free drugs and other addictive substances.
• No total or partial color blindness.

B. PHASE SELECTION Selection recruitment in 2011 through four stages, among others:
1. Phase I, Selection Administration

Copy of the last diploma legalized (1 (one) sheet)
Copy of legalized values National Examination (1 (one) sheet)
Copy of Identity Card (KTP) (1 (one) sheet)
Recent photograph 4 x 6 (2 sheets)

2.Phase II , Selection Psychology ( General Ability and Personality ) Selection of Psychology conducted by consultants with the location to be determined.
3.Phase III , Technical Capabilities Selection Guide Selection Team PT Cogindo DayaBersama with the location to be determined.
4.Phase IV , Prajabatan Education Education ( Education Mental Discipline and In House Training )

C. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
1. Applicants registering online at the website www.cogindo.co.id.
2. Each applicant is given the opportunity to choose only one position from the position above.
3. Each applicant is given a chance only 1 (one) time to register.
4. If qualified please register login.
5. Make sure your email correctly and are still active because the applicant will receive an email response from rekrutmen2@cogindo.co.id.
6. Once you register login correctly, the applicant will get a reg id should be printed on A4 paper.
7. You have not completed the registration if you did not enter a complete application form.
8. The data has been correctly filled in the change from the draft should be sent, and the data has been transferred can not be changed only in the preview.

D. GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLY
1. Selection System using System autumn. Applicants who do not pass at one stage of selection can not proceed at a later stage.
2. Selection is done through the best sortlist applicants at each stage of selection
3. Each announcement published on the website www.cogindo.co.id
4. Selection results for each stage of selection is absolute and inviolable
5. No Writing a letter in the selection process.
6. This selection process is free of charge.
7. All The selection is in place to be determined later through the website.
8. Application files will not be returned and become the property of the committee to be destroyed.
9. Participants sign that there is no initial registration and stamp committee (not approved), declared invalid and not allowed to follow the next selection.
10. Applicants who do not re-register at the appointed time after it passed in the fall and considered resigning.
11. Committee's decision can not alone conclusive.
12. Transportation and accommodation costs to be borne solely by the test applicant.
